How Does It Work?

Joe Barry’s Panic Away program is based on a well-known and highly regarded form of cognitive behavioral therapy – the approach that almost all clinical professionals will take when treating panic disorder. Mr. Barry is quick to point out that his program is not based on Neuro-Linguistic Programming (or “NLP”), which is a way of assessing thought and communication, or basically, saying what you want to happen so that it will.
